We could all eat parmesan cheese made into crackers every night!
-15 oz cheese (we put parmesan, cheddar, or swiss blocks in the cuisinart to shred)
-3 cups almond flour
-3/4 cup olive oil
-9 T water
-1 t salt
-herbs– take what you have from the garden: oregano, dil, rosemary etc. and finely mince it
Combine all the above in a bowl. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Create round crackers with the “dough” (press down to make thin). Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. Cool and enjoy!
