For a refreshing summer snack, blend in a Vitamix or cuisinart:
-2 cups greens (spinach, kale, sorrel, asian greens, etc.)
-1/2 herbs (basil, parsley, cilantro, dill, tarragon, etc.)
-1 roma tomato
