1. Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan with coconut oil
2. Mix in a large bowl and set aside:
-1 1/4 cup seeds/nuts
-1/2 cup oat bran
-1/2 cup brown rice cereal
-1/4 cup ground chia or flax seeds
-1 t sea salt
-1 cup dried unsweetened cranberries, cherries or raisins
-1/2 cup shredded coconut
3. Combine in saucepan over low heat until it thickens:
-1 cup brown rice syrup
-1 cup nut or seed butter
-1 T coconut oil
-1 T vanilla
Pour over oat mixture and stir until evenly incorporated
4. Optional: Add 1/2 cup chocolate chips or cacao nibs
5. Spread into greased pan and cool to room temperature before cutting. Serves 16 to 20.
